One of the most prestigious annual road-car races is the Brickyard Grand Prix at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. And this year, the car that took home the first place prize is the Dodge Viper SRT. Let's take a look at just how this model got the job done.

Beating out a ton of worth competition, the Viper muscled its way to first place with the legendary all-aluminum, naturally aspirated V10 engine which uses technology like sequential fuel injection to produce 640 horsepower and 600 pound-feet of torque. This engine is linked to a six-speed manual gearbox, and a number of other performance features are standardly included as well. Have a look below for more details.
